Dinner @ Kanpai! (Japanese restaurant)

For dinner, my family and I ate at Kanpai in Chula Vista. We have been eating at this Japanese restaurant for many years.
I ordered yosenabe, a seafood hot pot with vegetables, tofu, and siphon noodles.

If you want to order yosenabe here, it costs $13.95. Just wished that Kanpai could have given me more seafood in the soup. It is understandable with everyone cutting back.

Li Hing Mui Powder- Chinese Hawaiian seasoning

Sunday, October 20th, 2013

Good morning everyone! :) My boyfriend Honesty and I enjoy eating JADE's- Li Hing Powder. Li Hing is grounded prune powder.

We enjoy adding a dash of Li Hing powder on top of sliced apples. Although, feel free to add Li Hing powder to any other fruits. So far, we have tried both the red and purple Li Hing powders. In my personal opinion, I prefer the original red Li Hing powder.

You are probably wondering where you can find Li Hing powder. Jade's- Li Hing Powder can be found in Waipahu, Hawaii or pretty much anywhere else in Hawaii. Just make sure to ask a local. To try Jade's Li Hing powder, you can contact JADE directly at:
